Steve Casey
Founder and Director
Steve Casey has worked in the communications industry since 1991. He began his communications career as a freelance journalist in Los Angeles in the early 90’s, and after returning to Australia in 1994 worked as a general news reporter at WIN TV and at the Seven Network.
From 1995-2000, he worked as Director of Communication at the ATP Tour (the men’s professional tennis tour). Using media and marketing communications initiatives, Steve was responsible for building the ATP Tour’s brand and the profile of ATP Tour tennis from Australia and New Zealand, through the Asian region including China and India, to South Africa, the Middle East and Russia.
He subsequently worked at rushTV.com, an online venture with the Seven Network. In 2001, he launched Hand Eye Communication Pty Ltd, a media and communication business providing communication strategy, media and public relations, and creative design services, and across the last decade has worked in a wide range of business and not-for-profit environments in health, education, financial services, housing, and legal amongst others.
An experienced and engaging speaker, Steve has addressed and facilitated numerous client and industry seminars. Steve holds a BA from University of Hawaii.
Steve is a member of the Australian Marketing Institute (AMI) and has been recognised as a Certified Practising Marketer (CPM) – a professional benchmark of expertise and achievement in the marketing industry.
Léon Borrack is an accomplished graphic and website designer who combines creative ingenuity with a deep understanding of the mechanics of design. He is regularly involved in a wide range of corporate design projects for both internal and external communication campaigns.
Qualified both as an Aerospace Engineer and as a Graphic Designer, Léon spent almost ten years working for engineering organisations in the United States, the UK, and Australia, working on client projects across Asia, Europe, and North America. His engineering career grew to span engineering management, subcontract management and project management. Above all else, broad international exposure taught him the effectiveness of good communication.
In his career as a graphic and website designer, Léon has delivered a range of outstanding design solutions that must work within a communications strategy to bring the client brand to life. His work ensures the look and feel of a client’s communication is impactful and completely aligned with the client’s brand position.
Glenn Wilson
Website Developer
Glenn Wilson has more than 20 years experience implementing IT projects both in Australia and overseas. Over the last decade, Glenn has implemented hundreds of online projects for a wide range of clients. He is responsible for the construction of a hosting platform (ayuda hosting) built specifically for the corporate market.
Glenn's ability to understand project requirements and client expectations, and then manage his team across all aspects of an online project (including specifications, design, programming, usability, testing, SEO, staff management and client communication) consistently creates added value and delivers productivity gains for clients.
Glenn has a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Melbourne with a major in computer science.
Ivan Hexter

Ivan Hexter is recognised as a producer and director of quality corporate media programs and television documentary specials. His 25 years of media production experience and passionate engagement with the digital revolution has given him an extensive insight into contemporary communication. This includes use of the very latest technology, such as webcasting corporate events in real time.
Following his graduation from the VCA Film and Television school (BA Film and Television) Ivan began his professional career working behind the camera on numerous television commercials and several feature films, progressing to roles as a cinematographer and videographer, before establishing an award winning reputation as a producer and director. Ivan’s work has been recognised with 25 Australian and international awards for creative and production excellence.
Ivan draws on his deep knowledge of film, television and video to consistently deliver compelling multimedia projects and quality video and digital media content for a diverse range of community, business and cultural organisations.
Peter Kotsa
Photographer
Peter Kotsa is an engaging and talented photographer who brings organisations and its people to life. Regardless of the corporate setting, Peter has the ability to capture the essence of the subject and the organisation. A very strong conceptual understanding of image creation allows Peter to consider a wide range of visual possibilities before deciding on the best sequence to shoot.
In his career of more than 15 years, Peter has photographed thousands of subjects in a wide range of settings. His commitment to remaining on the forefront of photographic technology, and the ability to deliver the best option through the use of either digital and traditional equipment, means he is able to deliver imagery that is truly unique and creative.
